Policy

Quality Policy of BTSA

The Direction states that:

Quality and its improvement are the responsibility of each and every one of the people in the company and first of its Director General.

QUALITY is a key factor in the survival of the company.

QUALITY is the result of a proper and thorough planning, implementation and periodic review of Quality System.

QUALITY only be interpreted as continued compliance with the requirements, therefore, individual purpose must be to do good to FIRST.

QUALITY PLAN is susceptible to continuous improvement.

Failures should be used to PREVENT and eliminate the causes that produced them.

The QUALITY of our efforts and our organization should strive toward customer satisfaction.

QUALITY and its improvement can not occur without improvements in human resources, therefore the Department will pay the utmost attention to the training of all company personnel and material resources necessary to carry out this task.

QUALITY pay maximum attention to the development and improvement of new methods at our disposal.

QUALITY requires attitudes of collaboration and participation at all levels and for this, information, communication and training are essential.

To succeed in the stated Quality Policy, the Directorate requested the support and participation of all, at all levels, both in their individual performances as they form part of working groups to establish and maintain an Quality System to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
